All drivers and guests to NCRC events are expected to adhere to the following bylaws. We apply an overall assumption of "personal responsibility" at our events; we treat our customers like adults, giving them plenty of leeway without oppressive process and rules, and we expect adult behavior in return. The club reserves the right to disallow or cancel membership to anyone.

Open Track: Open Track driving, whether for novice or advanced drivers, should be done with safety as the first priority. Any driver driving in an unsafe manner during these events may be removed from the event.

Racing: ARC racing is held under strict gentleman's racing 13/13 rules. Contact or other inappropriate action may result in warnings, suspension or expulsion from the club.

Code of Conduct: A professional code of conduct, whether at our around the track or communicating with other club members, is expected of all members. This includes conformance to all local laws, rules mandated by the track or rules set forth by the NCRC.

Track Rules: The NCRC will set its own rules which may add to any rule set by the track management. These will apply to each event, and any additional rules will be stated early enough so that members can choose to register for an event with full knowledge of these rules. Members may be removed from the track during an event, for violations of safety or other rules.

Expulsion: Any member may be removed from the club for rules or code of conduct violations, by agreement among the officers.
