Membership: Valid membership is based on an annual dues payment of $40 to cover club expenses, as well as personal status as to meeting the club's code of conduct. The club reserves the right to disallow or cancel membership to anyone.
Race Sessions and Time Trials: The club will hold at least three events per year at which we may have cash prizes. We would use one of the day's usual lapping sessions, and run individual time trials, or an all out race. These prizes will be funded by membership fees and/or track day fees. Your tax status as a racer may be affected by participating in these events - see your tax advisor for any questions. Your insurance coverage is very likely to be affected by participating in these events as well.
Code of Conduct: A professional code of conduct, whether at our around the track or communicating with other club members, is expected of all members. This includes conformance to all local laws, rules mandated by the track owner or, or rules set forth by the NCRC.
Track Rules: The NCRC will set its own rules which may add to any rule set by the track management. These will apply to each event, and any additional rules will be stated early enough so that members can chose to register for an event with full knowledge of these rules. Members may be removed from the track during an event, for violations of safety or other rules.
Expulsion: Any member may be removed from the club for rules or code of conduct violations, by agreement among the officers.
