Membership
Annual club membership is $40, and entitles you to register for all events the club holds at a $10 discount on each track day. You can chose whether to become a member, or pay the extra $10 per day as a non-member. Use the online Registration page to join the club or renew your membership.
Once you're registered, you'll receive official club information
via email. We will not be maintaining a paper mailing list, so you must be
accessible via email if you want to receive official notices about events, etc.

out. Non-members are welcome to add their name to our mailing
list for new events, though we open them to members a bit
earlier than the general public.
We also have a message board, on which we'll post official communications. It is also available for use by club members and other folks interested in discussing NCRC events, or any other track-related topics.
Club Appreciation
NCRC wants to make it easy for your car club or Internet Forum to attend our events. We realize you're a group of friends that want to socialize together and have a good time. We'll make it easy, make it fun, and give you a deal - as follows:
The EASY: You find a “lead” person (maybe you?) to be our connection to your club, and we'll work directly with that lead person to coordinate logistics, answer questions and get any special issues addressed. Your "lead" is probably one of our club members who's already familiar with our various rules and policies, and is already a regular member on your internet forum.
The FUN: We' arrange for your group to park together, and support any special requests you may have for instruction, grouping together on track, etc.
The DEAL: If you get 10 or more cars to attend, everyone gets the $100 "new member" discount, regardless of whether they’re NCRC members or not. Get less than 10 cars, and only the new members get the discount. The “lead” person gets all the $50 referral credits (for the new members only) or may split them as desired among drivers.
Member Appreciation Program
The Northern California Racing Club recognizes there are many choices for Driver Education and Time Trial events. Price, amount of traffic, amenities, quality of instruction, and several other factors go into selecting which club you choose for your driving experience. This club was founded on trying to create an event WE wanted to attend -- safe, fun, and never overbearing or arrogant. Member input has always been heard, we strive for consistent improvement, and are never satisfied with a rating of 'good enough.' Honestly, we want to be the best.
We value our members, and want to show it. Whether you're new to the club, very active, or just like tracking, we have some things will make your experience with the Northern California Racing Club that much better. The Member Appreciation Program is for you (only members may receive these benefits). There are several options, see what applies to you.
New Member Discount
We offer a $100 discount to any fist-time driver to NCRC when registering for an event. This discount also includes a year's membership (i.e. $100 off the event price, and you don't need to pay membership). Feel free to refer your friends!

Track Addict Freebie
For every 10 paid track events (not days), you get one for free. Yep, for each driver that goes to 10 events, the 11th costs nothing. As long as you're a member, and your membership doesn't lapse, every paid track event counts toward your 10. Instructors who are members qualify too! Instruct at 10 events and get a free event to use yourself or give to a friend or family member.
Notes: Anyone attending an event must be a NCRC member; Free event is a one day, DE event.
Member Referral
Get $50 off your next event by getting a driver new to NCRC/TracQuest to join and attend an event! Just have him or her write your name on the registration form. If you're an NCRC instructor, you'll get the same $50 credit, though you do need to be an NCRC member yourself. You may use the credits for NCRC events or you may give them to friends. All NCRC credits are held with us for two years before they expire, so you have plenty of time to use them.
Reach Out
Any woman attending an NCRC event will get a 20% discount off of the event’s price. It’s the NCRC’s way of helping encourage women to participate in a sport that is gender neutral, but has been traditionally male dominated. This discount is not valid at Laguna Seca and cannot be combined with the first-time discount.
Early Bird Pricing
We let NCRC members know before anyone outside the club is aware of upcoming events. You get the first opportunity to sign-up for events, to get instruction and run groups you want before they fill. In addition, because of this early notification, the early pricing is valid for you for much longer than anyone else. It gives you the ability to plan your schedule and sign-up without rush or concern of paying the full event price.
